Vicki Emerson

With more than 20 years of experience in homebuilding, property management and real estate
sales, Vicki has been instrumental in creating value with each listing. From staging the home to
minor repairs, replacing the roof or repainting the exterior, Vicki is committed to her client’s
buying and selling needs. She can review an inspection report and provide in-depth analysis,
including repair estimates, and has maintained a list of reputable contractors who can provide
additional services to her clientele. Her experience as co-owner of a Houston homebuilding and
renovation company has given her the expertise to answer questions regarding new construction,
renovations and repairs. She has the resources needed to follow up on any request from the buyer
and/or seller. Working alongside her clients, Vicki will find a solution during every step of the
process, ensuring a successful transaction. She understands the importance of building and
